Our Leadership

Paul Martin — Chief Executive Officer & President

As the founder and President of PRM Ventures, LLC, Paul Martin brings more than 25 years of hands-on technology and leadership experience to every venture under the PRM Ventures umbrella. His career has been defined by innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to creating organizations where people, processes, and technology align to achieve meaningful growth. 

Before establishing PRM Ventures, Paul held key leadership roles at several respected organizations.  Across these roles, he led multi-site IT operations, developed and implemented enterprise-wide technology

strategies, integrated acquisitions, and delivered large-scale modernization initiatives. His strategic leadership has supported organizations generating over $100 million in revenue while maintaining the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security.

Paul is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He also holds multiple Microsoft certifications which reflect his lifelong commitment to technical mastery and professional development. 

As CEO, Paul oversees the strategic direction, investment focus, and operational standards for all PRM Ventures subsidiaries, including AnalogicIT, Appalachian Swag & Stitch, and Mouse Trap Computers. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering each business unit to succeed independently while benefiting from the unified strength and shared resources of PRM Ventures. 

Beyond the boardroom, Paul’s leadership is guided by integrity, continuous improvement, and service to the East Tennessee community he proudly calls home. His vision for PRM Ventures is clear: build a lasting ecosystem of companies that deliver genuine value to clients, employees, and the region.

Ranay Martin — Chief Financial Officer & President of Finance

Ranay Martin serves as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Finance for PRM Ventures, LLC, bringing a proven record of financial stewardship, accounting expertise, and operational discipline to the organization. With more than a decade of experience in corporate and managerial accounting across multiple industries—including manufacturing, property management, healthcare, hospitality, and enterprise-level finance—Ranay oversees all financial strategy, reporting, auditing, and compliance functions supporting PRM’s growing portfolio of companies. 

Her career has been built on accuracy, transparency, and systems optimization. Ranay has held key financial roles within organizations such as AIG, Marine Accessories Corporation, Midlab, Dover Downs, and multiple privately held enterprises, giving her an extensive understanding of financial operations from both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives. She is highly experienced in accounts payable/receivable oversight, process improvement, ERP transition projects, payroll management, month/year-end close procedures, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial controls development. 

Ranay holds an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Delaware Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wilmington University. Her technical expertise includes leading accounting workflows across top-tier financial and ERP platforms such as SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Great Plains, and Datacor. This cross-platform fluency allows PRM Ventures to support scalability, audit readiness, growth planning, and future acquisitions. 

As CFO, Ranay is responsible for:

  • Corporate financial planning and forecasting
  • Financial risk oversight and governance
  • Treasury and cash flow strategy
  • Internal controls and auditing
  • ERP and accounting system standardization
  • Cross-company reporting and fiscal accountability
  • Vendor contract evaluation & cost-optimization

Her leadership ensures that every PRM Ventures subsidiary—AnalogicIT, Appalachian Swag & Stitch, and Mouse Trap Computers—operates on a stable financial foundation built for sustainability, growth, and long-term performance. Ranay brings a people-focused leadership style that balances fiscal responsibility with operational flexibility, ensuring the company’s financial posture always supports forward momentum.
