At PRM Ventures and its family of companies (including AnalogicIT, Appalachian Swag & Stitch, and MouseTrap Computers), we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be issued. 

Please read carefully, as terms may vary slightly depending on the nature of the purchase โ€” whether itโ€™s a service, custom product, or retail item.

2. General Policy 

All refund or return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase or service delivery unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 

Refund eligibility depends on the type of transaction:

  • Services (AnalogicIT, PRM Ventures) โ€“ Refunds may be granted for service fees only when deliverables have not been provided, or when cancellation occurs prior to project initiation. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed.
  • Custom Products (Appalachian Swag & Stitch) โ€“ Because custom-branded apparel and promotional items are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or with an error directly caused by our production team.
  • Hardware Sales (MouseTrap Computers) โ€“ Refunds or exchanges may be issued for defective or unopened retail items returned in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital downloads or software licenses once activated
  • Completed consulting, setup, or IT service hours
  • Custom or personalized products (except in cases of production error)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Shipping, handling, or installation fees

4. How to Request a Refund or Return 

To initiate a refund or return request, please contact the relevant company using the information below. Include your order number, date of purchase, and reason for request.

Once your request is received:

  • We will acknowledge your inquiry within 3 business days.
  • We may request additional details or photos (for product issues).

5. Exchanges (Appalachian Swag & Stitch & MouseTrap Computers) 

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition unless they arrived damaged.

6. Cancellations 

  • Service Agreements: Cancellations for IT or consulting services must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
  • Product Orders: Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once production has started. Standard retail orders (hardware or accessories) may be canceled prior to shipment.
